Survivor Series Elimination Rules
This is based on WWE's Classic Survivor Series Elimination Match
Each team may have have 5 players and 1 substitution, If you have less than 5 players the match will still go ahead but you will be at a disadvantage (ex. If you have 3 players and they have 5, it will be a 5 on 3 elimination match).
We will try for 4 teams so we can have a Semi Final and a Final but any number of teams is fine.
Throughout the competition you will have a fixture drawn randomly with a player from the other team (unless one team only has one player in which case please see Stage 3 to see how to proceed) in a 1 frame of Arcade, Regular, Original, Carom and Power format. Deadline for each game will be 1 week (or 7 days). You may concede frames however that type you conceded goes to your opponent. First to 3 frames sends you through so you can stop when someone reaches 3.
Failure to play a fixture will see both players disqualified (not the team unless one team has one player), however if the match is one sided then only the player who didn't make any effort will be disqualified.
The way this Elimination Match works is the winners of the first stage go through to the second stage and the process continues until one team has been completely eliminated so even though you may have lost in the first stage your teammates can save you if they eliminate the opposition.
First Stage:
Ex:
Player A vs Player B
Player C vs Player D
Player E vs Player F
Player G vs Player H
Player I vs Player J
Second Stage:
If you win your First Stage game you will go to the Second Stage which is same as the First however only winners from the first stage is allowed to take part. Any combination is allowed except 5 vs 0 in which case the team who has 0 players would be completely eliminated. Fixtures are done randomly except in the circumstance of 4 vs 1 in which case the 1 player has to play all 4 of the opposition in no order until either team is eliminated.
Ex:
Player E vs Player D
Player A vs Player H
............... vs Player I
The winners then go to the Third Stage unless one team has been completely eliminated.
Third Stage:
Same as Stage Two however only winners from the second stage is allowed to take part.
Ex:
Player E vs Player I
............... vs Player H
In This stage since Player E is the only one left from Team A he has to play both Players I and H in any order E wishes. Player E needs to beat both Player I and H for his/her Team to win and go through to next round, if unsuccessful then Team B is through to next round.
Fourth Stage:
Same as Stage Three however only winners from the third stage is allowed to take part. This is the sudden death round so whichever player wins this stage wins the match for their team. A double disqualification at this point will see no winner.
Ex:
Player E vs Player H
Other Rounds:
Same format and rules as the above.
